Happy 26th Bday to YOU

Happy happy birthday to my sister Joanna Viray de Castro - Bachiller sounds good ha, hehe testing lang. Soon to be Mrs. Mike Bachiller. Oh taray.

She is not here with us, I miss her so much. She is now in Taichung, Taiwan for almost three years when she left Philiipines since September 23, 2003 to work as a factory worker.

A very strong person, she has determination to fullfil her dreams and a hardworking person but she is so mataray hehe.

I miss the time that weve been together. We do share things and stuff. We take a bath together naked with our one sister Cristina.

Hi! this is the dish that I served for our dinner last night. It is raining so I decided to this cook for my hubby the tinolang manok or (chicken ginger stew) This recipe is a dish that is easy to cook. Enjoy! Tinola Manok Ingredients: 1 kilo whole chicken, cut into pieces. 1 small young papaya or sayote, cut into small pieces. 2 tablespoons ginger, crushed and slliced into strips 1/2 cup dahon ng sili (chili leaves) or mallunggay leaves 1 liter of water 5 garlic cloves, minced 1 red onion, diced 4 tablespoons oil 2 tablespoons patis (fish sauce) Tinolang Manok Cooking Instructions: In a stock pot, heat oil and sauté garlic, onion and ginger. Sauté the chicken then add the water. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes or until chicken is almost done. Season with patis Add papaya and continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until papaya softens but not overcooked. Add sili leaves then turn off the heat. Serve steaming hot on a bowl with plain rice on the side.

I’ve been wondering since yesterday why I’m experiencing headache. I went to the mall yesterday, as I was still in a jeepney, my headache started. I thought I was not just use to have a long ride for commuting. Again, today headache attacks same time around at noon time, I feel so dizzy and unbearable headache. I thought again maybe I’m just lacking sleep or I was hungry, wondering because I just ate my breakfast and lunch.
