It’s my hubby’s birthday today! Just a simple lunch, I cook pork sinigang today. Sinigang is a Philiipine dish famous for the variety of ingredients one can use as well as for its taste. She is not here with us, I miss her so much. She is now in Taichung, Taiwan for almost three years when she left Philiipines since September 23, 2003 to work as a factory worker. A very strong person, she has determination to fullfil her dreams and a hardworking person but she is so mataray hehe. I miss the time that weve been together. We do share things and stuff.
